Terms of Use

You must be 18 or older to create a Stoop account. We ask for your date of birth at signup and remove accounts that misrepresent age.

One account per person. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password secure.

Stoop has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Prohibited content includes nudity or sexual content, harassment, hate speech, threats or violence, illegal activity, scams and spam, impersonation, and any content involving minors.

Every member can report content or another member, and can block another member at any time. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. We remove offending content and eject the member who provided it when a report is upheld.

Using Stoop for dating, hookups or solicitation is not permitted. Stoop is for platonic friendship.

You keep ownership of your photos, prompts and messages. You grant Stoop a limited license to host and display them inside the product so other members can see your profile and plans.

Photos uploaded to member profiles are reviewed by our moderation team. We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

Stoop helps you find plans; it does not vet members beyond our reporting, moderation and safety tooling. Meet in public places, tell a friend where you are going, and use the in-app safety tools.

Stoop is not responsible for the conduct of members offline. Use good judgment and report anything that feels wrong.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account & privacy. Deletion removes your profile, photos, matches and messages you authored, and cannot be undone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, harm other members, or abuse the service.

Stoop is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stoop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
